I agree that it was a much needed scare to test the bench strength. I've maintained through this blog that Mumbai Indians are too dependednt on Sachin in the batting dept and i worry about the 'youngsters' not having the gumption in the knock out stage. Tiwary, Rayadu, Dhawan, Satish are at least one too many. I dont think Dhawan's job is to finish by the way. He needs to attack. Tendulkar, Duminy & perhaps Rayadu or someone need to be the 'stay till the end' guys while the rest attack. I also think that if they win one more game (2 at best) - they will rest Tendulkar, perhaps even Malinga and play some of the bench.
